The following offshore Bank, the Overseas First Federal Bank (http://www.overseasfirstfederal.com/en/investment_account.htm), with an IPA address in Arizona is fraudulently advertising itself as operating within the jurisdiction of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).
This entity is not licensed under the International Banks Act of St. Vincent & the Grenadines and has not been granted a license to operate as an offshore bank in SVG by the International Financial Services Authority (IFSA).
The Overseas First Federal Website http://www.overseasfirstfederal.com/en/investment_account.htm), shows its contact details as Sutherland’s Building, Murray Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent. Preliminary enquiries conducted reveal that no bank conducts business from this address. Further, the actual photograph on the website is not a photograph of the Sutherland Building.
In addition, the telephone contact details are not St. Vincent and the Grenadines numbers.
All members are asked to be aware of this fraudulent entity advertising itself as an offshore bank and not to conduct any business with said bank. You are also asked to inform the relevant institutions in your jurisdictions.
